The proposal is a very straight forward yet effective scheme: a small entrance in ground floor, as many needed bedroom floors on top of it and the common services on top, taking advantage of the views.
In porto the building is a very promintent building where we used all existing facades acomodating the services in the central dark area and the bedrooms in the perimeter, with several dispositions. The top floor has still to be developed but will have a resting room, a small kitchen and some video screens. We imagine a black box in the middle for all the media and several room arround taking profit of the terrace and views.
